Home to 12 clubs, 364 teams and almost 4,000 young athletes Brisbane Basketball Inc. is one of the largest and most well-known sporting organisations in South East Queensland.
Passionate about our vision to promote a lifelong passion for the game we are focussed on the growth of our sport, players, officials, volunteers, and the basketball community.
We currently cater for more than 40% of Brisbane’s basketball players and are committed to continually growing grassroots basketball in Brisbane. We have competitions for all levels of competition including GBL, social competitions, veteran’s league and junior club competitions.
Brisbane Basketball is also home to the Brisbane Capitals performance program. Established in 1986, the Brisbane Capitals gives players the opportunity to compete at the highest level of competitive competition in Queensland and a pathway for those who aspire to play at a representative level and beyond.
