NBL1 is a semi-professional basketball league in Australia consisting of a North, South, Central, East and West men's and women's competition. Brisbane Capitals are looking for highly motivated and committed volunteers who want to get involved for the 2022 season. We host nine home games per season at Auchenflower Stadium. Each home game is host to more than 400 lives spectators and thousands of livestream viewers.
We want to create a core team of 8-10 individuals that manage the game day experience at Brisbane Capitals home games. Due to this we are after volunteers that can commit to majority, if not, all home games for the season. The games this season are as follows...
Your duty will dictate your arrival time, most game night roles require a 5-hour commitment.
This is a great starting point for young, motivated individuals who want to get started in sport or give back to their local community. The NBL1 game night is one of Brisbane Capitals biggest events throughout the year and has opportunity to gain experience with Event Management, Livestreaming and Broadcasting, Media and Marketing, Sponsorship Activations and so much more.
Volunteers are provided with a Brisbane Capitals T-Shirt as well as a meal and drink on game nights. All volunteers get free entry to the venue.
